Honestly we should have asked for a refund, or to come back another day. We got a couples massage, and my masseuse was also running the clinic, and kept her cell phone on her. Every time either her cellphone, or the clinic phone rang, she stopped my massage and answered it, and was gone for minutes at a time. This happened over 7 times in my hour massage, and she was gone on some occasions for more than 5 minutes. She would leave me exposed, and sometimes left the door open, so the masseuse massaging my husband had to keep covering me up with the sheet. Because she left so often, she missed whole parts of my body (my right foot got nothing), and I didn't relax at all. Each time I heard her phone go off was just a moment of dread, not again... They also had people coming and opening the door to speak to her all the time, and she would stop massaging and answer them, and at one point they switched out my husband's masseuse with someone else without telling him. My husband gave a look to his masseuse during one of the long absences while I was just laying there waiting, so she left to speak to mine, who came back and explained that they were training someone who didn't know how to ans

Great massage experience! The therapist was very professional and focused on my shoulders and lower back where I had the most tension. The pressure was just right and I felt immediate relief. The space is clean, quiet, and very relaxing with warm lighting and a comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely come back again.
